Daintree Riverview Lodges & Van Park
is located in the heart of Daintree Village on the banks of the majestic Daintree River, with magnificent views of the lush, tropical, rainforest-clad mountains beyond.
Just metres from the boat ramp and jetty, Daintree Riverview is the perfect accommodation for the early morning and late afternoon bird-watching river tours, the renowned crocodile spotting river cruises and fishing on the Daintree River.
Daintree Riverview is an ideal base for day trips to many places, including Cape Tribulation, Port Douglas and Mossman, all of which are less than an hour’s travelling time away.
Enjoy staying in our en suite lodges, each of which opens on to an expansive undercover timber deck where you can relax in complete tranquillity, taking in the sights and sounds of the Daintree River and surrounding bird life. There is a full kitchen on the undercover deck shared by lodge guests only.
Our lodges start from an economical $120 for a Superior lodge per night for a minimum two-night stay for two people. Our Premium lodges have a queen bed and stunning river and mountain views.
Daintree Riverview offers sites for motor homes, camper vans, caravans and tents on lush grass all in a tropical setting. Facilities include hot showers and an undercover camp kitchen and laundry facilities.
Camping charges are $12 per adult per night. Children $6 per child per night. (Unpowered)

For all tours and activities in the region, including Great Barrier Reef tours, Daintree Riverview Reception offers objective advice, tourist information and full booking facilities at the best prices.
Daintree Argo 8x8 Rainforest Tours, with spectacular scenery and stunning views, operate from just outside Daintree Village. Beautiful bird-watching river tours and the renowned crocodile-spotting river cruises depart from the village jetty literally just a stone’s throw from Daintree Riverview Lodges & Van Park. Or put your own boat in the River at the adjacent boat ramp.
Daintree River Kiosk operates on the premises & offers great Toasted Sandwiches, Ground Coffee, Milkshakes, Cold Drinks and Ice Creams. The Daintree Village Hotel is directly across the road as well as restaurants/cafes which are open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, seven days a week.
The Timber Gallery and Museum is right next door while Eliza's Gallery - with pottery, paintings and jewellery - and other shops are just across the street.
Under no circumstances are pets allowed in the lodges, on the deck or in any communal areas. Otherwise, well behaved pets are welcome on the lower level, but must be on a lead. Please advise if you have pets at time of booking or when checking in.
